if you have ever loaned a filipina money (like I have) you will know that they will say anything and promise anything to get the money. The word 'loan' often translates in their mind as "donation" and you will rarely if ever see the money again or receive the promised amount. The money they receive is usually sent immediately to a family member who in turn owes it to someone else.
Any money sent to the Philippines will never be returned, it's a one way system.
If Kat is in Philippines then she will be under pressure to return here and get the cash flowing again. Her, her kids, her immediate and extended family. If for some reason she cannot physically get her, then expect the system to be setup via remote means. There are just too many soft touches here.

I did get a great lead that she had been looking for work in Brisbane, but unfortunately Kat seems to have moved on or is hiding from her debtors. She maybe has some regulars that she hasnt fleeced yet.
