I actually don't need the long lasting effect, but the short onset is definitely a big plus because I'm a bit of a spontaneous punter (due to time restraint) so the quick acting effect allows me to manage my punting schedule a bit better, let's say I just had a big lunch/dinner, for V I need to wait for at least an hour to take it, and then wait for another hour before my punt, that's like 2 hours total.

Yea I usually limit my fat intake for my meal before punt, sometimes I even wait 1.5 hour (if schedule allows) before taking V just to be sure.
I've always wanted to try Kamagra gel due to its shorter onset (around 30 mins) but the dosage is fuked lol, 100mg is a bit much for me, I wish really wished they come in 50mg sachets...

I feel the 'hit' probably closer to the 1hr mark I think... it certainly works well across 'the window' so I'm happy.... luckily that nasal congestion seems to come a bit later....

Some nasal congestion for a few hours after, maybe some muscle aches too.... nothing much though - pretty mild, and entirely worth it....
I took a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (meloxicam) with one once, and woke up the next day with really blurred vision for a few hours though. It resolved on its own.
I think I'm one of the lucky ones that get almost no side effects, maybe some flushed/red face for about 10-15 mins and then goes away, even at 100mg I've experienced no other side effects, no stuffy nose, no headaches, no funny vision etc, that's also one of the main reason I've stuck with V until now, haven't tried Spedra/Levitra or any of the other variants since V works so well for me, like I said the only downside is the slightly longer onset time, takes an hour to kick in.

The prescription from my doctor is only 25 ml. Works very well. As far as genuine or generic from an Australian chemist they have to be identical. 500g paracetamol is the exact replica of 500 ml Panadol.
I cut the packet in half with scissors. I use one half then glad wrap the other works ok for me.

Definitely had flushed face side effect and also bloodshot eyes. I don’t know the strength of the viagra I had but it was solid.
No clue about long term side effects, sometimes I still get flushed and bloodshot eyes
