May be dumb or not within the realms of the intention of this thread but I smiled at getting some stupidly good, high-level customer service from a ServiceNSW office in Raymond Terrace. Not just did I get the good service but the entire office, all staff and customers just had a good positive happy vibe going for the time I was in there.
Was a great experience actually, and moreso given that all of my experiences at the office at East Maitland (Greenhills) has me dreading having to deal with ServiceNSW.
Knowing I知 going to hit the sack early.
Solved a problem at work that nobody could solve. Took me 3 years to figure it out.
And helped an old lady replace a lightbulb in her house.
