I take 100mg of Pfizer V 1 hr before I punt and it goes hard.

You should take few hrs before on empty stomach or even day before to minimise the side effects. If 5 or 10 is not adequate then up to 20mg.
Also try to refrain from jacking off at least a day before punting. I find a few days of no touching strengthens my erection when the time comes.
Also drink lots of fluid prior.
Maybe you are a non-responder, but that's extremely rare, and usually due to not enough dosage, but if you are getting severe side effects it usually means the effect is kicking in, my bet is that you are probably not aroused or horny enough, or maybe too nervous, viagra will not give you a boner automatically, if your mind's somewhere else while she's sucking you off then obviously it won't work as well, you need BOTH stimulation and arousal for it to kick in.
