It depends. Some I’ve had avoided eye contact during positions like mish and have their head to the side.
Others avoid kissing, esp DFK.
Some avoid positions like the cowgirl where they have to work.
And CIM, particularly lots of dodgers and denials among the younger ones.
I’ve had one that avoided my tip.
Also some have avoided mutual shower when it was paid for.

I'd say the most common one for me is deep penetration. Squirming to make the angle difficult for me to get full penetration, or avoidance of certain positions. Doesn't happen too often, and even some that do it eventually give up, let me go in to the hilt after a while. I guess they might have realised that I couldn't cum without deeper penetration.

WL/ML avoiding eye contact when in missionary position is definitely one. Let’s be honest, not many of us are likely to be their ideal sexual partner and probably a bit off putting sight for them haha. They’ll close their eyes to enjoy the feeling without the unpleasant visual. You gotta give props to the ones that maintain eye contact, very professional of them to be able to do so I reckon.
