Good location for a shop (south to west brissy)

So a ML was saying that she is looking to setup another shop and asked for my opinion. Has anyone seen a good vacant shop or location, say rocklea to Redbank.
When i mentioned that rear parking and door, out of other shops view, and making it look legit, is extreamly important, she started taking notes 😂.

Another shop? So she already has at least one.
Depends on cost to fit out a new shop or take over an existing one.
Sounds like she is looking at areas where cheap shops and boilers abound.
Plenty of places have abandoned shop fronts for years, but that woukd require good advertising, a decent fitout, privacy and the most important ladies, who make you want to go back.

If your trying to make it look legit, why the need for a rear entrance ??

Riverview is a small shopping centre but it's out of the way.
Vacant shop behind dentist on Kruger parade Redbank plains .
Autobahn Redbank plains road property is up for lease, multiple tenancies where vet used to be, across from dan Murphy and Sakura massage .
Camira up near ampol servo just to make a few

That strip of shops near
CBA Goodna, has some good rear access.
Legit access isnt required if its a well hidden rear access i suppose.

Those are all ok suggestions but would like one in an industrial area. The Kruger suggestion around the back though would be a really good place

Yup industrial area is good, especially from a weekend perspective.
Also thinking Jindalee is pretty much accessible from anywhere.

Why main Road: Because Asian girls want to get to a shop fast in a geographical area that is on a main road close to transport
Have a back carpark
Shower
Fully Aircon
Clean tidy shop
Highly decorated
4 massage rooms
Good front advertising

I have looked for 3 months on every main Road on the North Side for another shop and I am still looking for a new location for my new sister shop

I am taking my time researching Geographical areas

I am not ever naming my shop.

Why Because Mr CHIPS the poster on this Forum and highly regarded member? - ! then yawn ,, --------- continues to degrade my shop as well as 3 other toxic members.
My Understanding he never attended.
He just walked out many months ago because my wax girl answered the door and not my hot massage girls
My waxing girl is just that a waxer not a massage girl
She is not the best flower in the shop more of a Plain Jane and generally uninteresting girl
He advised all to Avoid my shop at all costs then said they girls are all Fat and Ugly LOL WTF

I do not want to promote my shop on here

I have enough customers attend now
