I've always believed the reason Governments, especially Labor Governments, pump so much money into the construction industry is because 99% of the people that work in the industry are as thick as two planks, which is obviously where the saying comes from.

Agree with rooms being nice. Fresh new fit-out. Also shower is bigger than Touch, so that’s also a positive.
