DFK is very important for me and any WL that doesn’t offer it I usually won’t select. Further, it must be a part of her general service as I won’t pay for it as an extra.
It's not unusual for a hot WL to have a bf and not offer DFK. And often you won't find out the attitude to DFK until the door is closed. Also any WL can simply refuse to DFK because you just aren't appealing to her
