I guess I should move to Canberra to work there.
Not talking about the case itself.
Is it just me or is there like, so many hot women involved in the case??
A few days ago, there was an ex-colleague named Lauren Gains who testified. She's quite nice...
Today, the security guard testified and holy smokes, she looks like a porn star! Check it out, Miss Nikola Anderson (scroll down to see her pics):

Wtf is going on??
I guess I should move to Canberra to work there.
OMG she looks like a troll
Love is like a flower, you gotta let it grow
Looks like any other girl to me - nothing special
and first 2 pics of her are using a filter which makes her face look smaller than it really is.
Lol, ok, maybe filtered. I like her eyebrows though. Looks vampy.
The other girl that was on the stand was good enough to be a tv presenter at one time I think. That one's not bad.
Brittany Higgins not really my type.
Not much to look at or brag about, though the blonde piece with the bolt-ons (mid way down the page) I wouldn't kick her out bed if she farted.
Brittany was a looker back then
Why was she was given $1.9 million payout by the taxpayer?
It's all very clear.
"Higgins, who was called to give evidence by Ten and Wilkinson as part of their defence to the claim, told the court she received about $1.9 million under a settlement with the Commonwealth finalised in December last year, once legal fees and taxes were subtracted.
The deed breaks down the gross settlement sum into five categories: $400,000 for hurt, distress and humiliation suffered by Higgins arising from alleged conduct during her employment; $1.48 million to cover lost earning capacity; $220,000 for medical expenses; $100,000 for past and future domestic assistance; and $245,000 for her legal costs." Why you so mad about such an insignificant amount of "taxpayer dollars"? Gerry Harvey got 22 million covid dollars and didn't even get raped.
Get off your high horse reggie...it's only your opinion that she's a rape victim. More than likely influenced by the left wing, biased, ABC reporting of the matter.
The rape case against Lehmann was thrown out of court for insufficient evidence. Higgins was shown to be an unreliable witness who wiped evidence from her phone and changed her story to suit her circumstances.
Even the prosecutor of the case was investigated and had to resign.
I don't like Lehmann he looks creepy, but facts are facts and in this case he came out as the victim and hence the defamation case
My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity.
High horse is always a great argument and I didn't say she was a rape victim but at least get your facts straight dotcummer. It was declared a mistrial because a juror was doing their own research and didn't go to another trial because the judge was worried about her mental health.
But keep defending him if you want and seeing him as the victim and keep commenting on which witnesses you want to fuck by all means.
Left wing, biased ABC etc is also always a great argument.
Looking forward to Allan Jones' defamation case next where I'm sure he will also prove what a great guy he is.
Yep Labor gave our tax payer money on the untested claim made by Higgins that she won’t be able to work for 40 fucken years! Meanwhile she had a book deal worth 300 thousand dollars before the trial even began. God knows how much speaking engagements and me too rallies she’s been paid for since. How can you look at what she got paid for, using our tax money and think it’s reasonable for nothing more than an allegation?
What's the point of arguing with him?
First, his opinions are only that, his opinions.
Second, surely we all know by now that Reg is ideological in his views about women, among other things? He idolizes them, they can do no wrong. Arguing with him about this matter would be like arguing with a street preacher about the existence of God. You can't win and there's no point to even go there.
Lol no I just don't hate them like you, unless you think they're fuckable, do what they're told and say what you want to hear and don't have their own opinions.
At least you're not ideological (except about the ABC watching loony left etc etc etc).
And we all have opinions but mine are actual more factual than yours.
100%
She admits she was extremely drunk. And admits she was not wearing underwear that night. Then went back to Parliament house with a work colleague, who bought multiple alcoholic drinks for you, in the middle of the night, to crash on a couch
What is strange is she was paid $1.9 million and has an $100 000 cash advance to write a book, all before any court case at all had started
That's the facts from court hearings.
Better she had gone home early from that drinks night, and not let a man with a girlfriend buy her multiple drinks
That's one way people would look at it
