My experience/comments : I had been visiting Lalabell's for more than a year due to proximity, convenience and the relationship that Jenny the earlier Manager maintained with I guess most of the customers. I communicated it to Mr Bloke that I will go with my usual package to which he said the rate for Kedall is different (200$/45 min and 250$/60 min), I asked him does that include the BBBJ as I take Gold service for this reason, Mr. Bloke confirmed yes she offers the same. So, I took 45 mins and paid 200$, was directed to my room and Kendall is waiting with a nice smile.

We start chit-chatting, she has a good communication skill as she's born and brought up here. After 5 mins of chit-chat I said I should take a shower , took a shower alone came back and saw the watch, it was already 15 mins gone. So, I asked Kendall if she has a booking after my session and if not I will extend 15 mins and gave her 50$ more to sort it as I will have peace of mind and wont have to rush.

However, I was still consious of time and told her that we should change gears now as we may run out of time. I waited for outside for 10 mins and Mr. Bloke doesnt want to listen as probably he understood and also wanted to talk to Kendall. So, Kedall came and this drama started all the WL's with Mr. Bloke ganged up against me and started giving me sermons. It was really hard for me to keep my calm as - one I have been cheated, that too after I was a regular customer and no relaxation for which I paid the money and the drama.. Anyway, I got them to give poor Kendall a chance to tell what happened. I asked her straight questions and she confimed each and every one of them, the only difference being.. it was 10 mins left as per her and 15 mins as per me. Also, there was one lady who was actually Jenny's age and I think she is the facilitator kinds anyway. She was misbehaving and performing jestures which are inapproriate and asking me to go.. So, I finally asked Mr Bloke if he is keen to retain me as a customer than this is the least you should do else I will go. He kept on beating around the bush and twisting things and I just left for good and not returning to LALABELL's.

I dont have suggest, recommend, warn or say anything further - We have a sensible and strong punter community!!

Thanks for taking one for the team with Kendall. What an absolutely horrible experience with her and with the management there. I would boycott the place too. Just appalling. They are clutching at straws here to try to make money as I guess they can't compete with other places.

I was tempted by photos of Kendall but also skeptical since they were black and white and no face. So it could really be another girl. I went there last week and the receptionist was so rude. Whenever the Islander receptionist was there, he was always nice and accommodation. This one, I think he's Chinese, kept getting angry. He was making smart arse remarks about me being picky when I wasn't keen on any of the girls, kept rolling his eyes at me and pacing around aggressively. He told me another girl Kendall was coming but she's running late. I told him to forget it and just left. As I was leaving, I see a Japanese girl rush from across the road to walk in. She was almost an hour late. Very plain looking and I got the sense of princess syndrome. She's clearly a girl who has gotten into the industry to make money, like most do, but wants to get away with the bare minimum service and will probably disappear off the roster in a few weeks once people catch on. At least bring back the other receptionist.

I have been there couple of times and on both occasion the advertised photo and the actual person doesnÂ’t match. I saw Lisa based on the photo and it is completely not her and service wise is also not the greatest 4 out of 10. Last time I went to LALABELLS, there was a male manager on duty and he said Jenny had the day off, mmm,
