Just remember people, some STDs are notifiable (some younger members may not be aware of this). This means if you test positive, the Health Department will ring your wife and tell her all about your new passenger. The policy reasoning behind this is to protect wives/partners from contracting the STD. So don't have any notions of taking care of it discreetly when you contract something from a BBBJ (of FS or whatever).

I think that's incorrect. The "notifiable" refers to the lab notifying Qld Health. The GP giving your results will suggest what actions you should take. My mate got a chlamydia which the Dr suggesting contacting the past 6 month of partners.
