My question is; are the services included at that price, or is it extra?

No extra prices. It's all included. If it costs extra they'll list it. It's usually for special services like recording or for some CIM.

It's the usual format to quote 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes. In other words, duration. All listed pleasures are inclusive.
