Yeh some of Japan's soapland booking system is for 90 min or 120 mins. And prices can be up to 60,000-90,000 yen or more depending on quality (thats around~$600-$900 in the current exchange rate).
So u gotta have some deep pockets to punt the soapland scene in Japan. And for the few that allow foreigners, some have a "foreigner/Gaijin tax" on top (another ~5000-10,000 yen). So you may be spending upwards of $1000+ for a soapland punt.
And quality of service aint guaranteed either. Depends how u get on with the girl & how much she likes u.... so YMMV as usual

Punting in Japan is very expensive especially with decent looking girl, sure you can find one with cheap price but it will be no where near as good as here like Ginza. Punting in Tokyo (and Japan in general) really comes down to your Japanese skills. If you’re good and have a Japanese phone number (they tend to not answer to phones on international roaming) you can pretty much book and enter most stores provided you call in advance and make sure they’re ok with foreigners. From my experiences Shinjuku has a lot of shops in Kabukicho, but you have to avoid the ones around the main entrance to not get scammed. Shinbashi next to Ginza has a lot of ML’s that offer different courses from a normal HE to FS, and Ueno (Yoshiwara) also have a lot soaplands but foreigners aren’t usually welcome in the more budget friendly ones. Delivery services are kinda hard to get when ur a foreigner with 0 Japanese, and you’ll probs end up spending $200+ for an hr of mediocre massage and a HJ when using one of those English friendly services. I personally also find THC very expensive when compared to alternatives, but it’s a good way to book AV’s (the Anal option usually is a keyword for FS on there, but take it with a grain of salt as YMMV).
