That's a very disappointing experience StrangerDanger, and I hope it was because Shuri was just having an off day... I suppose there could be a myriad of reasons.

I tried 42 as they are the sister shop of n5m. I had the same experience as yourself but it was with a different J girl, feedback was also passed on to the shop
