The mistake a lot make is to think that because they're paying for room and board, plus travel costs, there will be a big discount on services rendered. What they don't see is the girl has a place to live, however crappy, she can fix her own meals, and she's NOT working at the hourly shop. IF you can compensate her financial loss to a MUTUALLY agreed upon extent, you might have something. Just remember, it's a BUSINESS, and she is ON THE JOB, with due salary expected.
