I think there's a bit of an interest in how the scene works in Japan, especially around here you can find various threads scattered around. I hope to explain how the process generally works, how it differs from punting in Sydney, and lay out the general guidelines and expectations you should have at certain providers. I’ll also list some of my favourites that you could use a starting point in your journey through the adult industry of Japan. I should also mention that I am conversationally comfortable with Japanese and I generally communicate entirely in Japanese, that said, it’s a lot easier for foreigners to visit these kind of adult establishments given that the yen is cheap, Chinese tourists bring with them a LOT of cash, and apps like ChatGPT and DeepL make communication a lot easier as well.
TLDR Process
1. Find the girl you want to book
2. Contact the shop to make a reservation
1. You’re likely to be a newcomer, in which case you may be asked to come to the shop in the morning to make a reservation
3. Arrive to the shop at your scheduled time and if you haven’t paid yet, make payment
4. Have fun
5. Drop a review here and visit the next shop!
Note: If you are booking a deliheru service, they will send the girl out to your hotel.
To elaborate on this a bit further and set you up for success, here are some tips which will be really helpful for your vacation.
Finding a shop/girl
I’ll drop a few of my favourites below, but three places I usually check are CityHeaven, Tokyo Adult Guide, and Twitter(X). You will need a VPN to visit CityHeaven, an account to visit more than 3 reviews on TAG, and an account on Twitter/X to see girls’ profiles. For CityHeaven, this is probably the section you want https://www.cityheaven.net/tokyo/shop-list/biz4/ and you can check デリヘル and ホテヘル for delivery health services as well. The web page translate feature in your browser is your friend here, you’ll be able to look through each shops’ schedules, address, pricing, and reservation processes. TAG is a similar community to Aus99 so should be self explanatory, and with Twitter, it started out with me following the girls that I’ve visited and from there the For You algorithm has gotten insanely good at recommending me profiles of other girls that are my type. Many of these girls can also accept reservations via twitter dms as well, and you some of them will have 外人NG or 外人OK to let you know if they take foreign customers or not.
Get a Japanese SIM card
Not just any SIM card, you should ideally have one that comes with voice call capabilities. Every time I’ve made a reservation at a new shop online, 75% of the time they will want to call and verify my reservation. It’s just the Japanese way. If you don’t speak Japanese, and trust me the staff are usually trash at English, don’t sweat. ChatGPT voice mode is like insanely good as an in-between interpreter these days. The service I’m using is https://www.mobal.com but there are a few others like Sakura Mobile that will also give you a Japanese number to use.
Reservations
There’s a few ways to do this, I have a CityHeaven account so I generally make my reservations there. All shops will do walk-ins as well, but for more popular girls they’ll probably be booked out. If you decide to go the online route, you should have a Japanese SIM already. For verbal communication, ChatGPT will be your friend here, to communicate with the staff, and to communicate with the girl, if you do not speak Japanese. Prepare cash. Just like right here in Sydney, most places typically don’t take card, and the ones that do, you’ll wish you never tried because the process is a fucking pain in the ass.
Setting Expectations
Like I mentioned before, there are a lot of different types of shops that offer different kinds of services. The one that will be the most familiar to many of you would be soaplands. The feel of the service will vary, but I’d say the more expensive places feel a lot more professional and service oriented, and less expensive ones you’ll be putting in a bit of work, similar to like a GFE type you’ll be used to in Sydney. Be mindful that each store and each girl will have their own set of rules to follow, please make sure you understand them fully otherwise you may risk the girl or even the shop disallowing foreigners in the future.
If you are booking a delivery health service, it is typically an outcall service. Each store will have a transportation fee depending on where your hotel is located, I’ve stayed at the airport hotel at Haneda airport, was feeling horny as fk, and they still sent one out to the airport lmao. However, generally it is strictly no penetration, that means no CFS, most of the time you’ll get CBJ or DATY, you’ll usually get DFK, but it’s usually sumata, HJ, paizuri, that sort of stuff. I have seen reports where FS was offered for a tip, but it’s never happened to me, so don’t even bother asking.

Soaplands
God Tier
Versailles - In my experience always the hottest girls, most professional, most skilled. I would say if Ginza/Ginza Empire was like the Kura Sushi of punts, then Versailles is an omakase. You’ll spend half the time soaped up, lying on the mat, while the girl sends you off to heaven, You will definitely pay a foreigner premium here probably like $500-600 per hour, but it is so worth it. I always visit here every time I’m in Tokyo.
Lion’s Club - Girls are drop dead gorgeous, very professional and very skilled. I still prefer to go to Versailles, but definitely check this place out as well. If Versailles was a three star Michelin, then this would be a two.
Okay
Rokumeikan - A sister shop of Versailles, I’d say this is on the “high” side of the okay scale, not a Michelin star, but a Michelin mention. One of my favourite girls from versailles ended up moving here, so I find the experience of the girls here not as consistent as Versailles and Lion’s Club.
Moulin Rouge - Another very strong mention, I really like the girls here, a bit cheaper than the God Tier ones, I visit this one a lot as well. The girls here almost give me like a sex demon vibe, I find it very attractive, but you’ll definitely be working a lot here.
Tokyo Bunnys Club - Most of the girls are cute, bunny suits are the theme here, definitely a more GFE thing here, a bit expensive fwiw, but I still come here from time to time, also seems to be a lot more foreigner friendly in that the instructions are also printed in Chinese and English, and some of the staff can speak a bit of English as well
Marine Blue - A bit cheaper, girls are okay, not much to say here tbh, on a cheaper price range. I probably won’t go here again since I’d rather go to LUXE and Versailles but sometimes you might find the occasional gem here.
Delivery Health
I won’t rank these ones, in my experience girls are mostly decent but it will definitely vary
Claris Tokyo - A very standard delivery health service, nothing extraordinary, nothing bad eitherServices will usually include CBJ, DFK, DATY, definitely no FS though, but a few of the girls do fly to US and offer FS services there LOL (BBFS even…) My attempts at convincing them to come to Sydney have not been fruitful yet… One of my go-to’s for one last punt before my flight.
Blenda - Another standard delivery health service, girls are very attractive, same service you’ll get at Claris, another one of my go-to’s.
