I think her aim is to get more business because she's paying $10k monthly just for the rent, and obviously she's lack of staffs ATM as girls wants busy shop rather than quiet shop like hers.

I believe she's in her early/mid 30s, smooth skins and toned body. A cup, some tatts on her left arm. The only thing that I am not feeling natural is she may have overdone her face a bit, you know...Korean ladies are like that...
She speaks 3 languages - Mandarin, Korean and English, there should be no problem to have a good conversation with her.

There is street parking and of course the shopping centre.
