I can vouch for Jock's approach. I'm on my fourth trip in a year to Phils. It is a blessing that place. The ladies are wonderful but I'm not up to 16/17. I closer to 11/12. Similar percentage success rate. My nest experiences was being in bed with a new date within two hours of clearing customs.
I don't used paid dating site though. I use Tagged.com which is free. Other's use "dating in asia" but seems to be well known among the scammers in Phils.
NEVER send money in advance to any person you haven't met. Even if they need jeepney fare to meet you, bus fare, boat fare, new tooth, new study book, student fees, dad's heart operation...NEVER send money in advance.
If you wan't to go straight to the point and pretty much hit a brothel, go to a KTV place called Pegusus, located on Quezon Ave, Quezon City. It is a tad far from the airport and the Makati district (assuming you are staying there or within a 10km proximity from there), but this place is known to have the top girls working there. There are 2 sides to Pegusus, the main level, is the KTV/Semi-strip show area, and the level below is the Health and Spa club (the brothel). I've been to both areas, the hotter girls work in the KTV room, but you will also find some cute gems in the Health and Spa Club. Obviously, with the KTV section, you sorta bid a price for girls you fancy on stage, they come to you to spend a bit of time with you. Obviously if you want to take things further, you can either try to pay a bar fine and take the girls back for some Long Time, or you can take the girls in to the private Karaoke room for some more "singing". Obviously, with the latter, if you can mack well, freebies can be put on the menu, as well as girls accompanying you back to your place of stay. As with the Health and Spa Club, it's quite obvious. Make your way down stairs and have a look at the fishtank filled will ladies. Pick one with a number, tell the cashier and pay the price. Last time I wen't, it cost me around AUD$55 for 1 1/2 hours. This price will include room booking + the girls fee. Just note that this was 2 years ago so prices might of slightly changed, but obviously still cheaper that what we pay in Australia.
Quezon City can be the perfect hunting ground for Pinay's (filipino women) because it houses the top 3 universities of the Philippines, as well as a number of TV broadcast stations. If you don't know already, a good majority of Pinay's would love to make it to TV, and usually it's the hot ones that attempt to do so and so they stay close to this area. And if they don't have a job, they'll have to supplement their incomes somehow.
Now, if that's too far for you, and you are feeling slightly social, go to the shopping centre in Makati district (close to the airport) called Greenbelt 3. Here you will find an upscale bistro called Cafe Havana (known as Cafe Hoe-vana to my local friends). At night time after 8pm, girls...and more so working girls, tend to flock this area in search of some "Love You Long Time". I've seen quite a few hotties hit this joint before, but I have also seem some nasties like Lady Boys hit this joint too. Just be careful with your pickings, but as a whiteboy (assuming you are), you'd have no problems in your selections. Your biggest problem would be turning girls down and telling them to go away from your table. You'll find plenty of foreign men at this joint so you won't feel like stranger, and Greenbelt is quite a nice and safe area.
There is really no need to go online and try to plant the seeds, but it does help for some easy pussy, and if you don't have the time to go online and work it, well try my information too. I have heaps more info to share, but I will save it for another night now. Hope this info can be slightly useful to you.
Closer to the city in Makati is 'P Burgos Street' - no more than 10 mins in a taxi - girlie bars all over the place. Mogambo and The Jungle Bar are ones I remember, there was also the Fire Station which was huge. My colleagues went into Mogambo ahead of me and clued up the girls that I was coming and described me. I walked in and literally had 8 girls hanging off me - cost me a fortune in drinks for them until I culled them bit by bit at each round but it's a lot of fun.

Makati is pretty much the recommended place to stay in Manila as it has easy access to a lot of things (especially the airport given Manila's horrible traffic during peak times). Greenbelt 3 is where you want to be at night time...and yes....you can also hover over to P.Burgos St (on the other side of Makati) if you are sick of Greenbelt. You'll find heaps of hotties hovering outside the bars on this little st, and also if you need it, Viagra and Cialis sold by the cabbies black market style.
I used to hit a joint called Flamingos right at the start of the street, but I heard it's no longer there any more. Used to be some high class glams in there. Unfortunately I don't have any current knowledge of P.Burgos anymore as I don't go around there.

OK So I have survived "Manila Madness" and back in Oz. OMFG now that was experince to rememeber, We ended up going to Burgo's St and did a few clubs there, We had a fucking ball, stayed up all night until they kicked us out, Never have I experinced so many women wanting to sit on ya lap, put thier touge down yr throat and flash thier tits at ya. OK so it cost a few $$ but for 6 hrs of non stop fun and much as I could drink, as many girls as you could squeze on your lap I spent about $250.00 AU... Now some might say that was expenisve for that part of the world , But from a Sydney perspective it puts the Sydney Scene to shame... & then we went to Boracay.................................

Jcloud, its all about the $$$ so Im sure if-when you go , you will find its just fine, They think that if you are Western you will have a wallet for of $$$ But I have to say that it is important to make sure you talk in English, tell them you are from OZ,then tell them 3 times that you ARE NOT Korean, as they DO NOT like Koreans, that became very clear very early on when we arrived.Didnt realy get into why but there is plenty of Koreans there. If you want to punt, there are various choices. But I'd recommend against choosing up a road master - too dangerous from the wellness viewpoint, and also you don't know if you might be welcoming a robber into your space.
Yeah there are a lot of Koreans there, They go to the Philippines to learn English as it's cheaper than learning back home or going further abroad. If you are looking for a quickie with a lovely girl, you can score with the hotel massage girls, some hotels have in-house girls or they call a nearby company, you are not always going to get a 9 out of 10, but you can be generally lucky in the few extras department for a few bucks more of the cost of the massage.
