Taiwan & Singaporean/Malaysian Chinese.

Taiwanese - cute, warm, friendly, above-average service, e.g., Sing from MOC and Candy from BM.
Singaporean/Malaysian - great service, i.e., 5 STAR.

I tend to like Chinese as they are friendly with good service in most cases, however I have met some good Malaysian, Thai and Korean, I guess its not about nationality but about service.
