My neck of the woods
I was there a few months ago and it was pretty hopeless
The Ml spent more time fiddling with her iPod and phone for the first 10 minutes than massaging
I called in her boss who proceeded to give me an ok massage
Then hinted the other girl could come back in if I wanted anything else
I couldn't be bothered by that stage
May have changed since but I won't be going back to find out
