I've spent way more time in Welly over the years, but even my preferred parlour there (Splash Club, above Mermaids strip joint on Courtenay) had gone to shit about 12 months ago .... think there's been a change in management.

Auckland, only ever been to Femme Fatale. It was ok, same layout as Splash Club where there's a common bar area to mingle and talk with the girls before taking them upstairs. Not for you if you need a private intro room, but I quite like that kind of setup.

However, both places have a range of very affordable privates, and I know Welly has a few agencies based out of apartments where you need a booking first (no line ups). The privates are listed on the NZ Girls site noted above, so that should be your starting point for Auckland. From the top of my head, Ava Gilchrist comes highly recommended.
