You have to increase it gradually.
My recommendation, when you are up 50%. Adjust your bet size accordingly.
But, when you are back to starting point adjust your bet accordingly again.

With regards to the Spurs in the last 16 or so games that I bet on them they have only upset me twice, I will back them until they win the finals.
