But what would the purpose by? Employer safety, Mamasan rubbing herself? Blackmailing? Curiosity?

Everytime I punt and wait for the girl I suss out the room and check for hidden cams. So far no luck..

Yep, you're paranoid. No girl would want to work in such envirionment where they're being watched. There might be cameras in waiting rooms for the girls to make sure that the customer is not an acquaintance, but surely not in the room.
