I try to get a massage at least once a month but other things often take priority...
Just wondering how frequently do you get massage therapy? Any of you notice any benefits from making massage therapy a regular thing? =)

How come when you go to a massage shop, it's ok maybe have to press at least one bell pass through maybe one door in some case even two, and then they ask you do you want massage. I used to visit private ml's/shops 2-3 times a week but times do change. Not to mention I doubt it was a sustainable lifestyle with the way prices are going.
Nowadays it's once maybe twice a month if I am lucky so I try to use my opportunities more wisely.
To answer your question though I found it like everything else depended on the girl. Some girls who I visited regularly gave better service as a regular while some actually declined in service the more I visited them. Now in saying that some girls I visit once a month or longer remember who I am and like it that after all that time I haven't forgotten them. Now those sessions are usually the best as she reminds me why I should visit her more often
Oh and here is a secret...everytime I see a new a new girl I get her to give me a loyalty card. I keep one card per girl and when I visit her I give her my card at the start of the session so she can see that I have visited her before and her only. Clearly this works better if you don't go there everyday....
I have only had one in the last few months. I spent a dirty week down in Sydney and so am still recovering from having spent 2 grand down there.
At the moment, I'll say at least one session a week!
More sessions if I win some money from the footy, especially when the Broncos has a big win like this week.
One of my favourite shop is on my way to the train station so if I don't have time for a session or no money, I would still visit the shop to have a chat, my mamasan friend if not busy will always give me a 5-10 min neck and shoulder massage while we are chatting.
And if they have any new girls , time to say hello too !!

Depends on how stiff (pun really not intended) I get from work. There are a few RnT ladies who actually do thereputic massage pretty well and I generally go to them to work out kinks. Pun not intended again. Is rather nice when they have real massage skills.
