Gucci. I read this forum to learn the good and the bad
I trust a brother if he gives an accurate review, whether it is a memorable punt or a dud
I read the mother of all dud punt reviews in the last week
Far too many good value ladies in these posts, for me to waste one cent on a woman who at one point did not provide a service that was paid for at a premium price
And it was clearly stated it was the most premium of prices and no DFK and other shortcomings
Im lead to believe the shortcomings have since been rectified, and the customer was banned. WTF
Good customer service means you guide the unhappy punter to find a better alternative next time
I will give someone a second chance but they go to the back of my list
If its a management issue then they rightfully also get scrutinised
The most value from a review for me is avoiding the dud punt
I already know a lot of the best punts thanks to the experience of our wonderful forum, and using my well honed instincts

Heatseeker, this entire (trimmed) post makes 100% sense. I get the bit about giving them a 2nd chance, but even so still putting that girl (as a result of that AR) on the bottom of your list. The point of this forum is to exchange information and stretch our punting dollars further, so I understand you being wary.

I will just assure you it's not a management issue in this instance. I don't think there's anyone more conscious of their reputation, or as proactive in maintaining it, as the establishment in question.

I had a loooong chat with them after my last session with Cat and got absolutely grilled about the services therein. The other punter who saw Dolly at the same time I was there also got grilled afterwards, I saw it .... they've taken that thread and the complaints therein very seriously, and done everything possible to rectify it for future customers.

That's a win for everyone, except poor Noubroz imo. But that's between him & management to sort out.
