I think the Porn industry is like the music industry now. Musicians can't make money from their albums and CD's as they move to online itunes, spotify etc as well as illegal downloads so they go on the road and do alot of touring to make their cash. I think alot of Porn stars get punters paying big money $1000 or more for a short time fuck to supplement their dwindling income from DVD sales.
That's great news for us punters, hopefully the prices will come down a little though ...
