I have seen before Sophie, Boni and Bella (and others too haha) at this shop.

In my mind, Top 127 is somewhat of a premium shop, given their reputation and price. Their reception is friendly and also catering to customers. Both Sophie and Boni fit that image, but Bella was very much a star fish and clock watcher and does not do good for the image of this place. If someone is paying $260 per hour, they should not get star fish service. I know everyone here recommends Misha (and rightly so), but on the opposite, Bella should also be avoided.
