But if modello requires rigorous checking and cleaning at the beginning beyond the normal practice, then would be fair that most people would expect this to be done not at the expense of the client's.

You are trying to be the premium agency and charging the top price, you should set the highest standard!
At this price range , you probably won't be getting back to back bookings one right after another like 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc.
And even if you do I think you should do the right thing by at least leaving 30 min between bookings so that the room can be tidy up, the WL can refresh herself and re apply her make up etc.
You are not running a $90/30 min brothel mate! So you might as well not included the shower time inside the hour.
The last thing you want is one punter getting rushed to finish because another customer is waiting !
