VPN and 403

I'm new to this networking stuff

I've just added VPN to my computer, when its up and running i'm getting 403 Forbidden when i open up forums pages on this site. Is there anyway to fix it?

This forum has VPN restriction. I think you can't enter the forum outside of Australia. This also means they track your IP all the time I guess.

Don't be silly ! You can't enter the forum only in some countries, not all. The reason I was told is because those countries are the sources of those international scams, they attacked the forum when it was first launched back in March 2012, the only way to block them was to block the countries of origin !

You still can access the forum in a lot of others countries like Hong Kong, Vietnam etc etc ...

You're right about country of origin.

I've tried the North American and European servers and can't open the pages. I just get a Apache test page.

But once i used Asian server, i got through.
