Ive never been there but anything with online registration usually is legit.
I've heard the name before, many moons ago and pretty sure it was a legit venture back then.
Rebates generally are not good news but as stated many times before, it ultimately depends on the girl once the door closes. However I think it safer to assume that rebate = legit from a cost/time perspective i.e. your strike rate might be 1 in 50 or worse.
