You would think that they could run their business better than this! How much does it cost to put in an answering machine saying we are closed for holidays reopening ??? Etc

Do all shops have recorded message when they're closed ? Do they need that really ? It was 2:23am when that question was posted, is it very strange that a shop is closed at that time ?
5* closes around 3, not 4, for the last couple of years now. So even if it was open at 2:23am, bro prime won't be able to make it to a booking !

Agree with wilisno, I have been to 5 star more times than I can remember. Sometimes they do answer the phone at 2am on Fridays and weekends when they are open till 4am depending on the reception person and most times than not they will tell you to come back tomorrow morning anyways. when people can access their website or google 5 star even on mobiles - they could probably figure out that it closes at a certain time after 2am they dont take bookings. i know when I called up at 12am a few times a few years back they asked me when can I get into their shop I said maybe 2am - they told me 90% of the times. no good brother the popular girls are already booked from 2am to 4am - mostly I figured out its because a few asian customers have finished a night on the town or casino and decided to book the WLs just before they go home.
