I think the 45 option depends on the girl and I'm pretty sure it's a store only thing. Penthouse is always by full hour blocks. Whenever I go to the shop I've received quotes for 30/45/60. Prices depending on the girl.

Not too sure about the 2 shot policy. I like to take my time
