    would you open a rnt?

Given the opportunity, lets say you won $200,000 on lotto or anything, you are reasonably successful, some time to spare, all debts paid off (housing etc etc)

Would you open a rnt shop? Consider the amount of time advertising, looking for girls, council license etc etc, what do you guys think?

first one to test drive every new girl? Too much trouble? Share some thoughts.

    Peace out,
    cello

Don't think you'll need to spend anytime on council license bro.

I would bet that 90% of the cbd shops are not licensed and maybe some aren't even registered businesses LOL

Good question. I've wondered the same. Would be a big cash business. Yes - you would need a BN - you couldn't get a lease without a business number. Wouldn't have to register for GST if receipts less than $75K per year. potential for tax savings if you also have a job. Don't need to spell that one out. I think it depends on location as well. That would be luck of the draw. If successful then duplicate like a lot of the young Mamasans who have more than one shop. License, well as our friends above have stated - not essential.

May be the OP can ask your question differently :

If Ahlungor opens his own RnT shop in Sydney, will anyone come ??

You mightn't need a licence, but you would need a DA approved by the council concerned, and some of them aren't too happy with "massage" shops, even legit ones.

Well I think the competition is too hard nowadays to keep the business afloat, coupled with the ability to keep top girls, course we all know nothing is permanent and they keep changing girls, I guess the question is, can we generate enough income in a short period of time, get the moolah, and get out of it?

So how do you explain the almost doubling of rnt shops in the cbd over the last 2 years?

    more students coming in.

Maybe we can open a Syrian massage shop? (I know bad taste but realistic - if we bring in 10K Syrians, 30% female of adult age, what are they going to do? Sit in the desert?)

Noooo being pimp isn't that easy IMO. First and foremost it's really hard to get a good girls..
And also that false hope...!!!! Many guys' sex fantasy though, You can't test your working girls like porn (eg; sex interview) ㅋㅋㅋ
Oh, actually you can.. but will have bad reputation and will link to.. no girls want to work at your shop.

It would be ok if the pimp pays fir the trial service right?

It's hard to be a male pimp when you are constantly confronted with sexy girls and hearing what the customer are doing to them. And if he needs a release need to go somewhere else.

Christmas - has any pimp tries to ask you for sex?

    Hi Christmas,

Read the title , this is about opening a RnT shop not a brothel ! So you can actually test the massage skills of the new girls which is half the job ........haha

As for part II , many experienced Mamasan will do a double or two with the new ML for a regular and it's not hard to tell if the ML is good or not !

    Just my two cents !

    Cheers

no, there's an old saying in business, 'don't screw the crew'

I couldn't help myself if I was surrounded all my working life with ML's
