The news previously only stated that she is just passerby, not a WL. I guess the shop was trying to help cover her but as the case progressed they had no choice to tell the truth. Not only she must endured the burn and deformation, but everyone now knows what her job... That is such a sad thing..

Does anyone know what happened with the WL in the end? Obviously she will never be able to move on or recover from this for the rest of her life with all the scarring and her upper lip having been surgically removed. Seems like all bros out there ought to pass the hat round and see if we can't raise some money for her. Small thing compared to her suffering but people need money to live. I'd miss out on a punt and donate the cash just to show support.

The shop in question would be a contact for her. Very happy to sling some cash into an account they set up for her. Would this forum let such a thread be set up?
