Sounds like there's enough customers that the management can afford to put customer service way down the list. Only thing it might make them vulnerable to competing businesses in the same area. As it stands if there is a strong supply of walk ins they probably see the bookings as a bit of a nuisance.
Willsno, you know that's not what I'm saying. I am saying considering the number of punters who frequent 533, the number of complaints are low, and given the stress levels the shop must be dealing with from time to time, it's actually pretty good. If you want Emirates don't fly Scoot.

Other than helping the OP to vent, these threads really do little good. The shop still continues to see record patronage daily. It's really just water off a duck's back. This shop will never directly address this or any other complaint - guaranteed. They don't have to, with the sheer numbers of fares they get daily. Most customers who go there don't care about having to deal with a slippery snake who has no scruples.
If ever there was an opportunity for someone to get into the business this is it!

Seriously Goulash, if I wanted first class I would have booked first class, got the girl I wanted & paid $500 to $1000 for it. I've been going to 533 for well over 10 years & Angie knows me, yet she decided to waste my time. I have no illusions that I booked economy class but all I got was utter contempt. I was once a fan like you but not anymore. One day you will get burnt by Angie & when you do, I'll be curious to read your response.

I really agree with all bros here hence would like to suggest that all ar's should be in the form like brother cmk's, we display the date and day of the event regardless of the manager or the girl, this is so that people can avoid certain days to visit, this will hopefully send a msg to the shops
Annie did a switch on me one time. But she gave Sophie which was not that bad anyway.
