Be alert as 9/10 post fake pictures in wechat. Had one supposedly sent me her real photo after we made arrangements to meet ... did a quick search via google image and guess what I found. Those who advertise in wechat tend to be pricey too ... and you won't know whether the pics are real until you see her in person. All the best.

I would just use the Web client for wechat and do an image search that way

This is probably a more troublesome way ... save the image from your phone and send to your PC. Then click and drag that image into Google image. When supposedly posting/sending their photos, some forgot to remove the "original" poster's fine signature print in the background corner. Used that as a lead to search the web and got my suspicion right!

Yes, I think so as well. But this girl with id "Japanese/in" has an air of truth to it. I've tried adding her but she hasn't accepted so I don't have any details. Maybe she doesn't see Caucasians or thinks I'm ugly lol. I hope it's the first. I've been adding a few of these chicks on WeChat, and have culled down a list that I think is genuine/reasonable. Cheapest I've been quoted (not from shops, from what seem to be privates) have been $250 (all girls at this price require extra $50 for BBBJ). WeChat IDs are "sexyyoungclarie", "lily232lyy" and "hotflora". One particular girl by the name of Kalie (hidden WeChat ID and recently changed to male, possibly to cut down on tyre kickers) wants $450, which I'm almost considering as she has genuine pics and she does look very good. I'm just trying to work the courage to try them out; I really really don't want to be disappointed if the girl is not the same as the advertised photos...
