Yes we are concentrating on western girls and when I tried to find western shops in the southern suburbs I could only find the Bellevue retreat in Carlton and secrets of sydney in Caringbah. Both these shops are overpriced rub n tugs $230-240/hr plus $200-250 for sex...... God only knows how extra for kissing or bbbj :-) I'm thinking along the lines of $150 to $180 for 30 minutes and $250 to $300 for the hour. I know it seems high compared with our lovely asian girls but if I want city standard drug free western girls then I'm going to have to pay city rates for the best girls and keep my margins tight.
My advice re price, take a leaf out of the 219 Croydon book. Although I haven't been there in a while (I've currently got the yellow fever), they have what sounds like similar girls to you at a decent price for both customer and shop. They don't ever seem to be going backwards.

Hi lamb, I agree with you I know the lady that owns 219 she's a smart operator. The main problem over there is its only a daytime DA but she has built that business up over several years and has a good standard of ladies and service.

there's very few DA approved brothels in the area and there all tightly held its also near impossible to get a new licence even if you can find a location given the councils will fight you every inch.
Blakehurst and the southern area in general is a dry spot for western girls and I believe the market needs the choice. Years ago as Montana's studio the shop was very busy and I hope I can do the same.
I am asking for ideas and imput that will make it better and more popular for the brothers but still financially viable

I used to go to Montanas years ago now the biggest problem was climbing those stairs at the back and the bottle shop closed the back gate so the only way in was off the main street which was in view to everyone in the busy road.
I didn't like the idea of driving in and parking at the back.
The premises was nice and they used to have some good girls but the price and the service, compared to the Asian shops killed them in the end. Also I think the management was not as hands on as it could have been and so they usually had hired staff running the place.
Thanks Oneonone, I didn't think about the rear access from the bottle shop car park, I'll make enquiries to see if it's possible to open a doorway again. I've found there's plenty of easy parking at the front and 7 parking spots dedicated to the shop and the entrance is private and not visible from the street.
My understanding is the old dear that was running the business got too old and had a stroke so she retired interstate not that the business wasn't successful. Maybe if she tried to run it under management it may have changed at the end but the few girls I've met that worked years ago said it used to be very busy and that there was a lot of escorts.

The shop didn't use the 7 parking spots at the back I think just one and the girls or staff used to park in a house or off street parking area some way from the shop and get picked up and driven to the shop.
This then left the parking free for customers I only ever saw one car from the staff there and one of the girls told me that they were not allowed to park there and had to use the place and get picked up if they wanted to bring their car. I don't know where the parking facility was or what it was like only know what I was told.

Yes, access is difficult from the highway, suggest you put some signage at the back door and some directions in your adverts on how to find you.
Get a new advert in the local paper "the leader" and the telegraph. Maybe a descreet sign upstairs fronting the highway or even in a window. You have a huge amount of cars going south that will see it, so you should use it.
Pricing is the key, you have good competition so you need to be competitive and creative. You can pm for more ideas. Cheers

Latino and European girls at a decent price would be great. The other thing is the level of service asian girls seem to offer is higher in my experiences. I for one love Latino and middle eastern looks but prefer Asian attitudes and price. Can't have your cake and eat it too. But if you nailed both you will be flat out!
