    Unpleasant experience with MOC ... yet again

    Just came back from a booking at MOC that didn't happen.

    Texted MOC around 11:30am to see if anyone was available at 12:30. Was told that the girls are at lunch until 1pm, which is fair given my short notice. So told him that doesn't work since I have to be back in the office by 2. He texted back saying if I could get there at 12:45, he could arrange Miki to be ready. Hesitated a little but quickly finished my lunch and on my way. Got there 5 mins early and some guy came down at 12:50 and said the room wasn't ready, but the girl was there already. I said I'd wait another 5 and he disappeared. Stood there till 12:55 and he still wasn't back. So texted him saying I was leaving.

    Sure enough he texted back at 1pm and said everything was ready and asked me if I was still interested. And he was sorry blah blah blah.

    I guess they were thinking that once they got me there then I would just stick around even if everything was 15 minutes late. And since I needed to leave in 45 minutes, even better!!!

    that happened to me few times too and they never apologise and even if they did, you can tell not they are not serious. but then i was late for 30 minute at one time due to bad traffic and could not find a parking and they blacklist me. wtf? i hardly go back there now unless they have a very good girl, in fact, last time i visit was more than 6 months ago.

    honestly they can treat customer like that and still in business i think is all our faults as they have too many customers and they dont care about services. but with so many options nowaday, why should i go back?

    I wonder if MOC Vincent will respond to this at all given that they have "relaunched" MOC. How he responds to this will, I guess, allow the brothers on this forum to decide whether we would go back to MOC. I was tempted to make a booking and then I saw this message, but decided not to.

    So the OP was told the girl won't be back till 1pm in the first place, and finally he was asked if he wanted to go ahead at 1pm, so ???

    Sure, the booking was eventually 15 minutes late, the guy did come down to apologize and all that, his mistake was cutting the time between bookings a bit too fine !

    In short, everybody wants to be on time, no arguments about that, but I haven't found any agencies or shop that can be right on time everytime !

    The good ones normally warn their customers, though, not let them standing around and waiting.

    He did come down at 12:55 and said it's not ready and apologize, which is 5 minutes past the appointment time only !

    I don't think the frustration was the 5 minutes or 15 minutes wait, you can kill that time easily, and it happens everywhere.

    The problem was the OP didn't have enough time to take the booking !

    I'm sure if the OP had another hour to play with, he wouldn't have started this thread !

    Wrong.

    According to the story, the staff came down 12.50, not 12.55.

    Which means the staff let him wait 5 minutes already. Went back up and let him wait another 5 mins without news until another message sent at 1 PM confirming the girl was ready then.

    So the OP was asked to come early, had to rush his lunch, and honored his booking.

    Perhaps MOC did not realise that even though 15 mins is a short wait for most, it is not when you work office jobs and have to be available at certain times during business hours.

    Maybe they'll be more sensitive about time in the future, although seeing that they have not yet responded in this thread, the chance of that is slim.

    Haha ! So MOC came down 5 minutes earlier than I said, that's even better !

    Can anyone honestly say that he never waited 15 minutes for a booking and still went ahead with the booking without complaint ?

    Don't know about crime, but certainly unprofessional.

    Delays happen. It's what you do about it.

    I always like to have a reasonable time clearance to allow for the unexpected like this. That way, if thing do go wrong there is no pressure on you.

    Most people would too. The OP in this instance was punting during office hours and therefore his time was more constrained.

    As I said in my earlier post, good operators warn their clients of delays.

    The crap ones apologise after they wasted their client's time.

    So you are avoiding my question ? Were you 8inches ?

    If the operator didn't know about the delay, how could he warn the customer beforehand ? It's not like one hour or half an hour delay that he could anticipate, it's 15 minutes all up ! If the previous customer washed his dick a bit more thoroughly, or a few more gropes and kisses of the lovely girl when departing, 15 minutes is easily gone. Moreover, the initial offer for the booking was 1pm !

    It's understandable for bro pkw to complain, because he's the victim of the mishap, he needs to vent some air. But for others to pursue this issue tirelessly is illogical, unless he has some serious grudge with the shop ! Or unless he is one of the banned trolls who just enjoys stirring up unrest !

    Don't know who or what 8 inches is.

    One can simply look at my username and posting history to understand my disgust for bad shop behavior.

    But I guess the same question also works the other way - why would someone who is not representing the shop defends it 'tirelessly'?

    Initially, I just made one post to express my view of the matter, outlining the reasons for the mishaps. But now, it has turning into exposing the troll, which I will always be tireless in this endeavour !

    So because we view the matters differently, I am somehow the troll and you merely 'expressing your view'.

    If you're trying to change the subject, you have to be more subtle than that.

    Thanks to your overzealousness, I ve just noted one interesting fact - that the single positive report that MOC had in the past year happens to come from you.

    Surely this is a pure coincidence.

    No, it's not because of different views, and the matter needs no defence, 15 minutes delay can happen anywhere at any shop, and the shop did apologize, so defence is not needed.

    For the same reason, continuous attack on the issue is not needed unless you have an agenda !

    I only had one report of an MOC girl because I have only seen one MOC girl in the past year, I will post more if I see more of them !

    It's not a pure coincidence !
