Agreed the odds are too low. But what would you think of their chances rooter if they did sign Alexis Sanchez?

    Not much chance
    They fluked it one year.
I doubt they will win it again.
    2.50 is really crap odds.
You get that on just a normalf head to head home and away game.
Hang on to your money until all the player transfers are over.
Chelsea, Man U, or Liverpool are big chances.
If Spurs can hang on to their top players like Kane, Deli Ali etc they are my tip to win.
But I think the cheque books will be out from the mega clubs to buy them.

Really? I think with Bernardo, potentially Sanchez and a solid centre half they'll become favourites. Agreed on the rest - I think this season will be Tottenham's last chance to win with their English core. If they don't get anything I reckon Dele Alli will be gone and Harry Kane not too far behind.

Reckon Arsenal can hold onto Sanchez? All my mates reckon he's gone.

My only question mark against Spurs is White Heart Lane is being rebuilt so Spurs' home games are at Wembley.
The key to Spurs success is their home form and they hate Wembley so they in fact have no home games next season.

Man City won't win it with or without Sanchez - top player but i don't see him working well with Aguero.

If Chelsea land Lukaku from Everton they will back up last seasons effort and take it out again.

I just have an inkling that they'll get Sanchez and it'll be their season. I don't even go for them.

Arsenal pretty much have wrapped up Lacazette. Ready to make a concerted push for fourth again.

    Agree with the Arsenal call.

I see the top four this season at this stage being Arsenal, Tottenham, City and Chelsea - Chelsea to win but undecided on the other three in what order they will finish.

And Manny was robbed. Was at the fight. Judges score card was BS.

And the Racial undertones were disappointing.

A agree with your Oates call but if Alfie says it will work then I would trust him.

Just hope it's not a legend making a bad call again ala the gene miles locky decision to leave Slater out

Yeah, the judges could have scored it either way.
The fact is Manny is way past his prime.
In his prime Manny would have demolished Horn in 3 rounds.
The Australian media a making such a big deal about this as if Horn defeated a great champion in his prime.
Manny is 38yo now, and he has lost 4 of his last 9 fights.
In the 60 fights before that he only lost 3.
He has been in semi retirement for the last 6 years.
He is a member of parliament in the Philippines
Like a lot of champion legend boxers he is having a few fights too many.
He has nothing to prove. He is one of the all time greats.
    He should just retire.

You never know, for the money, even Mayweather might come out for Horn, because it's a low risk event for him !

Yep, going to both. They stupidly scheduled it at the same time as GWS vs Swans. Had that been at a different time I would have gone to both hahah.

I saw some season stats in the paper the other day comparing Cherry Evans (not in the origin team) with Ben Hunt (in the team, and who was playing Qld Cup last month.)

    DCE: 16 Linebreaks
    Hunt: 7 "
    DCE: 20 try assists
    Hunt: 8 "
    DCE: 7 try contributions
    Hunt: 3 "
    DCE: 14 forced drop-outs
    Hunt: 8 "
    DCE: 19 Tackle Busts
    Hunt 26 "

What do you make of that Ahlungor? Another non picking of Slater in the first game type decision?

Mayweather is gonna be too busy earning millions to fight Conor MacGregor.
    Mayweather is no fool.
He knows how to pick his fights and on what terms.
He is gonna fight MacGregor in a boxing match.
Of course Mayweather will win in a boxing match - he is an awesome boxer.
In a MMA fight MacGregor would take him out in the first round.
A boxer has no chance against a MMA fighter with striking and grappling/wrestling/jujitsu skills.
He will just take him to the ground and choke him out.
This was clearly proven, as if we needed proof in the Randy Couture v James "Lights Out" Toney fight.
Toney certainly lived up to his "Lights Out" nickname
Couture tucked him in, sang him a lullaby and put him to sleep

Mayweather Jr vs McGregor is all hype until the first round starts and Mayweather toys with him.

As if McGregor stood a chance to beat an undefeated boxer in his first boxing match.

He's getting money though, that's for sure.

I don't think Mcgregor will win if it is decided by points. Mayweather is as boring as hell but he's very good in avoiding punches. Unless Mcgregor gets lucky with a sucker punch. At the end, he'll make millions compared to other UFC fighters making 20k per fight plus the damages.

Anyone saw Tomic's press conference after his loss? He's getting bored !

Shouldn't he just quit tennis now ?
