From reading other sites this port gets decent reviews....
Easy access it is in a hotel opposite the major new shopping mall in central JB.
SEcure floors but you can get to one floor below and use fire stairs.

Pretty decrepit rooms and stacked with suitcase so it is living quarters as well.
