That's true. I visited another shop in Gold Coast, the ML told me that very few walk-in clients, she relies on the bookings from regular customers, the new coming MLs very limited clients each day. What's more the average extra drops from usual 2-3 pipeapples to 1 or 2 because some clients look quite budget than past.
The boss of SSDS & Luna did better job than other shops.

I have started to not pay for extras if they make you get up and pay before they perform the extra in question - breaks the mood and just annoying (maybe to may of you ratbags dont pay after accepting price), if its a WL and photos arent them - walk if the photos are fake - its the only way really - too long before I caved in). There are plenty of MLs that take the monies at the end - support them....
