I've had a good deal of experience travelling around Asia, staying out of trouble and of course finding some great ladies.
Is it a viable business the YOU would pay for? So in the case you wanted a two week holiday in Philippines, for instance, on top of your travel & accom you could have a guide assist you for $500?
This would include ensuring the flights that suit your plans, travel in a small group of 3-4 guys, meeting at airport by bus load of girls, selection of nice hotel, a bit of sightseeing and lots of parties.

My first Manila airport pickup is on August 21st. If anyone is arriving or would like to arrive that day they can join a few of us in our little merry van of pleasure.
Currently the itin is
Sunday Pickup from Manila airport
Travel to Angeles
9pm first AC bar
Monday & Tuesday Tour local area, then Perimeter Bars in the afternoon, main street in the evening.
Wednesday Tour to Subic, 2 overnight.
Friday Travel back to Angeles for Friday night Penthouse party
Saturday recover and prepare for final night
Sunday Transit back to airport for departures.

Well what a blast that trip was, only just back in Australia and my testicles and liver are recovering.
I'm going to take a break for the next few months (unless I get more interest for a Christmas tour.)
The first trip for 2017 should expect to commence in Manila on 5th February for a week. Itinerary has now proven to be about right:

As a guide for punters considering this for 2017.
a) Participants arrange for and pay their own flights and travel insurance.
b) Pre-payment of the tour fee includes Airport pickup, air-conditioned van for the week, 7 nights hotel (double room), breakfast each day, english speaking tour guide.
c) Drinks, girls, taxis, wives, girlfriends, condoms, viagra and goodbyes are the responsibility of the participant.
I'd be keen of this type of tour too. Looks like Feb is just past
