any info/tips for Manila & AC

I'm off to Philippines in September for 3 weeks ... it's my first time in the Philippines ... I will be spending time in Manila & AC ... I would really appreciate any info you have about reliable drivers, accommodation or punting in general in the Philippines ... cheers*

here are a few tips:

a) three weeks is not enough..... I wish I could stay that long.

b) Manila is OK but it is a hectic big city, do also consider Cebu. City is a little smaller and more casual.

c) Consider a side trip somewhere to a provincial town. Very different to what you will see in Manila and AC.

d) How old are you? Don't buy the street Viagra, variable quality and god knows what is in it. Pharmacies will sell it without prescription. It's almost just as cheap to buy it here in Australia. Also, take condoms from here.

e) Many of the Filipina will not expect you to use condoms. That's not good. There are plenty of crazy infections there. Also consider the >20% Hepatitis B infection rate.

Enjoy the trip, it will be fun....It really is more fun in the Philippines.
