As a punter you should never ask deep and meaningful or personal questions.

It'll depend on the type of punter you're dealing with. For example, if a bloke is asking you any of the questions above, he's probably insecure and is looking to be flattered and coddled a bit. Even if he looks like he lives under a bridge, he's probably trying to fish for compliments and positive reinforcement.
On the flip side, some punters are just after a professional experience and are aware that if money wasn't exchanged, you wouldn't touch them with a barge pole (I'm one of these). For example if I asked "....do you like my cock", a perfectly acceptable response from you would be "....Yeah, until your half hour is up".
