Nah, it's nothing to do with Ginza.
Ginza still has above 90% strike rate for me.

The thing is even the best of the best loose interest when they are leaving. Case in point, Malaysian Joanne from 5 star (Around 2012), who was queen of all GFE/PSE, gave a rather lackluster service before she left.
