I've noticed quite a few ads pop up on backpage with ridiculous pricings for massage only. All the same ad, just names and numbers changed.

You're assuming that they are desperate for customers. It's more likely that the girl doesn't need the work but is willing to do it for the right price.
So many ads using that template. It makes me wonder if it's an agency.
If the girl that answers the door is who is in the photo, then I'd say the prices are quite reasonable. I would much rather pay 2x the price for 10x the woman.
However, I would still rather go to a shop and enjoy the tease and lead up, which is my favourite part. Something you don't get from a private operator as it is guaranteed the extras will occur.
