Having a quick perve is OK, but staring for a long time is sexual harassment and not cool.
And once you get caught you should definitely stop looking.
There is also an art to perving without making it obvious or getting caught.
But where I get caught out is girls with writing tattooed their body.
I can't resist the temptation to read.
Some girls have got the complete works of William Shakespeare tattooed on them.
You get so drawn into reading the text that you become transfixed and then you inevitably get caught and cop a dirty look.
I don't usually support the "they're asking for it" argument, but in the case of tattoos I make an exception.
If you've got a poem tattooed on you, people are gonna try and read it - no point getting all shitty about it.

well, it's temptation and exciting to see but don't forget in public other people
seeing what you're seeing either some male/female having thought you are perver/sexual harrasment. it seems what you may not think but it is what they think about you. It leads to embarrasment lol

Thanks for all the comments, sounds like most people are ok if it was an accidental look but should then behave like a gentleman and walk away or looks else where . Fair enough.

But interestingly no one has commented on situation 2&3? On the train looking down and on the beach. To look or not to look ??

2..Glance once only. It's a train, so if you get busted.... there isn't a lot of places to retreat to. Good luck if its peak hours.

    3. Not a fan of beach but I would prob glance only.

Best believe me, my eyes will be permanently super glued to them titties, 0 shame. It would be disrespectful to not fully appreciate a glorious pair of knockers and to stare at the ground instead.

If you are smiling as if you enjoy the situation they usually smile back when they notice. In your case I would have given her a little wave as well, as a smile.

If you slink off or just leer as if they were an image on the cinema screen or in a dirty magazine then they have every right to feel uncomfortable, so don't.

    If got dark sunnies.... Stare
If not, glance whist acting natural... eg What time is it (glance), Where are (glance) , got a mobile msg (glance), I'm dozing off (glance)

    😎

Sunnies doesn't help, they can sense it, just glance, never linger on the same spot for too long !

It's ok to glance while walking past but the moment you stop walking and stare that's not ok
Same goes for all public situations.
Just keep walking and enjoy the view 😎

I used this method on the train yesterday. I was standing in the vestibule travelling one stop and I could see down into the lower carriage. There was a group of about a dozen caucasian girls heading into town who would have finished their HSC last year, so they would have been all 18 years old.

Man talk about all the skimpy clothing they were wearing. The one I couldn't stop glancing towards was having her hair plaited by one of the girls and wearing a small mini skirt and a bra less top plunging to her tummy showing about 3/4's of her B-'s. She adjusted the top at one point, squeezing and compressing her tits. That is when my glance turned into a look. No man alive could have helped it! I'm glad I was only travelling one stop. Just as I was getting off (ha ha) the plaiting was done and she stood up and her mini rode up showing half of her knickers. Very nice! A short but memorable trip. A cloud of rather agreeably mixed perfume was drifting up from them too.

Seinfeld did this already. Looking at cleavage is like looking at the sun. You take a quick glance and you look away. You don't stare at it.
Well said, and there's actually a picture for it .........haha
