Google ReCAPTCHA V2.0 implemented to aus99 forum.
At initial stage, we only apply this rule to new registered member.
Once you are promoted to higher level, this google reCaptcha feature will be disabled.

This will help reduce forum spamming and therefore improve the server performance.
This will reduce the brandwidth taken by the robort querying our forum.
