I think daty and fingering are the easiest of those you mentioned. I have a pretty high success rate with that when I want it.
DFK she either will or won't. It's hard to talk her into that, even if she likes you.
BJ and FS obviously are very difficult. They either do or don't. Though once in a while you may get lucky.

ML are generally more innocent and less jaded in the industry. Generally younger and better looking. They are after quick money however rationalise that it's not sex as they are just pulling dick.
