Going to the gym helped me lose weight and I go 4-5 times a week. So thats roughly 5 hours a week as I usually stay an hour. Cutting out soft drinks and cutting back on alcohol too.
Eat, drink, have fun, walk, run, swim, explore, fuck, enjoy.
Don't count calories, or steps, or anything.
Life is not about counting, or statistics, or how much you can bench press.
Enjoy your fucking life!
You don't have to have a 6 pack or 8 pack or massive pecs, or gluts, or whatevers.
Just relax and enjoy.
For sure, yes, be sensible, don't do massive amounts of heroin, cocaine, ice, marijuana, alcohol, nicotine, tar, MMDA etc.
But every now and then have a little splurge and treat.
Respect your fucking body, it's the only one you have got and maybe ever will have.
Eat lots of fruit and veg and wholegrain cereals - they can actually be quite delicious.
But also enjoy a chocolate or gelato or doughnut, and enjoy them guilt free!
And most importantly relax, enjoy, be ... "don't worry, be happy"

Anyone know whats the best way to get rid of bellies? I gym regularly but my belly just doesn't seem to want to leave.
Planking, sit-ups, crunches, leg raises etc will build abdominal muscles and strengthen the core but will do nothing to eliminate the layer of fat covering them. As the old saying goes, you build abs in the kitchen not in the gym.
Strip the fat with good nutrition and controlled calories, then build from there.

Sit-ups and crunches are actually no longer recommended because of the detrimental effects on your lumbar spine.
Planks, side-planks, barbell rollouts, hanging leg raises etc are better. Even the Ab RipperX from the P90X program.
Ive co pleted almost 25 marathons incl ultra...over 150 triathlon incl Ironman. Sgill do these but now concentrate on adding core strength work. Posted a pre-race Insta pic 2 weeks ago and almost 75% of the Likes were from my female friends grt for the ego. Worked hard for 6pack so keeping it! Went RnT at GC earlier this yr after I'd spent some time nuding up at Byron...she fkn loved the all over tan!!

Every time I have a long root my abs will hurt for few days or a long hj try to force myself to cum...im talking about 20 to 30mins none stop.
I tend to lose a few kg after a few sessions(I sweat alot) lol.
Scotch is nature's own tonic.
Single malt or blend, 8yo, 12yo, 15yo ... all good.
My personal preference is a 15yo scotch, then a 19yo girl, then a 15yo scotch again.
